1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and z8z66 Casino ("z8z66," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the z8z66 website located at z8z66.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with z8z66. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or personal information, is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and associated funds may be forfeited.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The z8z66 Platform is intended exclusively for users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal and regulated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

z8z66 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20 and ERC20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00).

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your z8z66 account are legally obtained and belong to you.

z8z66 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these Terms. We may conduct additional verification procedures for deposits that trigger our security protocols.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our internal procedures and timelines. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00). Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may range from one (1) hour to seventy-two (72) hours.

Before processing your first withdrawal, z8z66 may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or denial.

All withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these Terms, applicable bonus wagering requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time.

3.3 Fees and Charges

z8z66 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your transactions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

z8z66 offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible Players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which are disclosed at the time of the offer.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method, and shared computer. Any abuse or manipulation of bonus offers, including bonus hunting across multiple accounts, may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus funds and associated winnings. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit amount as specified in the particular promotion terms.

Different games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent.

The z8z66 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of z8z66. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z8z66, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in service;
• Loss or damage resulting from hacking, tampering, or unauthorized access to your account.

In no event shall z8z66's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to z8z66 in the six (6) months prior to the claim arising, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000.00), whichever is greater.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by z8z66

z8z66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• Multiple account creation;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Extended periods of account inactivity;
• Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. z8z66 is not responsible for funds left in closed accounts.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, z8z66 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and z8z66 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

10.3 Waiver

No waiver by z8z66 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by z8z66 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without z8z66's prior written consent. z8z66 may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
